Lily joined B|LA in 2018 as a landscape designer after completing a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin. She has long been fascinated with how nature can influence well-being, particularly amongst adolescents. For her masters thesis, she explored how at-risk teenage girls develop meaningful relationships with the built environment.
Prior to working for B|LA, Lily was a designer at a small landscape architecture firm that worked on a variety of residential and natural playground projects. Lily also had the privilege of working with over 100 students as a teaching assistant in Landscape Architecture and Design Studies departments during her tenure at the UW. Lily can be found exploring the Monterey Bay peninsula, walking her dog, and spending time with her family.
